GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL POLICIES

  • A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st nights stay plus tax is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay, and do so at least 48 hrs prior to your reservation a credit can be kept in our system for up to one year for a future stay.

  • Someone is available here at the hotel for check in during the the following hours.
    Sunday: 8am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: (based on occupancy and staffing)
    Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 8am to 9pm.

  • Check in to your suite is not guarenteed until 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m.

  • Well behaved children are welcome.

  • Sorry, we do not accept pets, but by law service animals (Must be with you at all times.) are allowed.

  • We do not have an elevator, our suites are distributed on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the lobby level. We are happy to assist you with your luggage up to your suite should you request it.

  • No smoking inside the hotel or suites, if you do smoke there will be a $500 charge applied.

  • Bath bombs are not permitted for use in our Jacuzzi┬« jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge applied if used.

  • $250 Clean up fee for human or service dog excrement is applied, if we can not get stains out there will be an aditional $90 charge applied.

  • For any destruction or damage of furiture in your suite during your stay at the Grand Central Hotel. You will be charged the amount needed to replace the furniture piece(s) up to $1,500.00.

  • If you need a refresh of your room please contact us between 10am and 1pm 479-253-6756 Thank you.

  • If you check in by sigining the folio and need to leave earlier than planed, there are no refunds for any additional nights you have.

  • We have limited parking. We can offer 1 space per suite, this includes suites 204 and 302. Please give us the following information on the (1) one vehical you will be parking in our lot:
