GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL POLICIES

  • A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st nights stay plus tax is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay, and do so at least 48 hrs prior to your reservation a credit can be kept in our system for up to one year for a future stay.

  • Someone will be contacting you a few days before your reservation about check in proceedures by phone/text and/or email. Sunday thru Wednesday, check ins are done remotely as we do not have front desk staff on duty. Front desk staff is here Thursday thru Saturday Noon to 10pm to assist with your check in. Your suite is not guarenteed until 4 p.m., Parking is available as early as Noon the day of arrival if your room is not ready at that time, we will call you as soon as it is. Check out is at 11 a.m. We do not have an elevator, suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the lobby.

  • If you check in and need to leave earlier than planed, there are NO REFUNDS for any additional nights you have.

  • Well behaved children are welcome.

  • Sorry, we do not accept pets, but by law service animals (Must be with you at all times.) are allowed.

  • Additional things you can be charged for:
    -Smoking inside the hotel or suites, if you do smoke there will be a $500 charge applied.
    -Using Bath Bombs in our Jacuzzi® jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge applied if used.
    -Human or service dog excrement left in your suite a $250 Clean up fee will be applied
    -Stained linens and or towels there will be a $90 replacement fee applied.
    -Destruction or damage of furniture in your suite during your stay at the Grand Central Hotel. You will be charged the amount needed to replace the furniture piece(s) up to $1,500.00.

  • If staying for more than two (2) nights Please note that housekeeping does not provide daily cleanings for your privacy. If you could hang your towels up to dry after each use and ask for a refresh only after 2 nights this will help us conserve water and energy. However you can call 479-244-7567 ext 1 and we will assist you with a refresh between 10am and 3pm daily, or speak to the front desk during those hours Thursday thru Saturday.Thank you.

  • Recommendations for Dinner, Breakfast and Entertainment will be given at check in.

  • We can offer 1 parking space per suite. Including 204 and 302. At check in please give us the following information on the (1) ONE vehical you will be parking in our lot:
