Policies

GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL POLICIES

  • A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st night is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay for some reason, you may move it to another date to preserve your deposit as long as you cancel 48 hours before the reservation.

  • Guaranteed check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m.

  • Well behaved children are welcome.

  • Sorry, we do not accept pets, but service animals are allowed.

  • Please be aware there is no elevator, and rooms are distributed on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the lobby level on Main Street. We are happy to assist you with getting any luggage up to your room.

  • We have a small parking lot of 14 spaces across from our lowest level. We can offer 1 space per room, this includes the two rooms that have two beds.

  • No smoking inside rooms or inside hotel, if you do smoke there will be a $250 charge to clean the room.

  • Bath bombs are not permitted for use in our Jacuzzi┬« jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge if a bath bomb is used for the additional cleaning it will require.

  • $250 Clean up fee for human or service dog excrement, if you stain the sheets and we can not get the stain out there will be an aditional $90 dollar charge applied.

  • If you need a refresh of your room please contact the front desk (Thursday through Monday) or our sister hotel the New Orleans (Tuesday and Wednesday) between 10 am and 3pm so that they can inform the housekeeper on duty it is needed. Thank you.

  • If you check in and need to leave earlier than planed, there is a no refund policy, so there will not be a refund for any additional nights you have.
