GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL POLICIES

• A non-refundable advance deposit of the 1st night is required for all stays. If you need to cancel your stay for some reason, you may move it to another date to preserve your deposit as long as you cancel 48 hours before the reservation.
• Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m.
• Well behaved children are welcome.
• Sorry, we do not accept pets but service animals are allowed.
• Please be aware there is no elevator, and rooms are distributed on the 2 floors above the lobby level (Main Street). We are happy to assist you with any luggage.
• We have a small parking lot across from our lowest level. We can offer 1 space per room.
• No smoking inside rooms or inside hotel, if you do smoke there will be a $250 charge to clean the room
• Bath bombs are not permitted for use in our Jacuzzi® jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge if a bath bomb is used
$250 Clean up fee for human or service dog excrement, if you stain the sheets and we can not get the stain out there will be a $75 dollar charge
If you check in and need to leave, there is no refund for any additional nights you have
